Passionate author, chef, cyclist and philanthropist, Chris Cosentino is co-owner of San Francisco’s celebrated Cockscomb restaurant, Jackrabbit in Portland, OR, and Acacia House at Las Alcobas, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Napa Valley. While drawing critical acclaim, Chris mastered the art of hand-crafted cured meats and helped raise awareness about utilizing the entire animal, becoming an advocate for sustainability in the restaurant industry. This season, he’s partnering with Vans for a limited edition collection of footwear and apparel as unique as his restaurants.
Inspired by Chris’s rich culinary and artistic history, the Chris Cosentino Classic Slip-On UC takes our Made For The Makers collection and gives it Chris’s custom spin. Featuring slip-resistant outsoles in addition to vulcanized lugged outsoles, the Chris Cosentino Classic Slip-On UC also includes Vansguard uppers to repel liquids and dirt, padded collars for support and flexibility, and molded drop-in UltraCush™ sockliners for long-lasting comfort.
